ditto i paid for a year no monthly service and no refund. he agreed to extend a year but still no service. he is a crook out and out.
I would not recommend using the services of the Rat Detective. We paid upfront for 8 weeks of monitoring to be performed weekly. Over an 8 week period he came out three times and only after I sent weekly reminder emails to follow up.
After 8 weeks of aggravation and having to dispose of mice and reset traps ourselves we canceled our service and requested a refund of half our money. The Rat Detective agreed to our request and said the refund would be issued in 30 days. It has been over 75 days no refund and no returned emails (sent weekly).
We are not the only victims of this scam. Do not contract with the Rat Detective. You will pay of service and never receive it like myself snd so many other.
P.S. He has not been licensed or bonded since 2016.
If I could leave less than one star I would.
