For Running Start and Family Link students dedicated to pursuing dance at the collegiate level or as a professional career, we are offering a specialized class designed to enhance your training. This class focuses on strength training, flexibility, and proprioceptive challenges to improve your technique. Additionally, it covers essential topics such as nutrition, injury prevention, and other resources to equip you with the knowledge necessary to achieve your dance aspirations.
