Advanced Contemporary includes a full body warm up with combos standing, upside-down, and on the ground followed by phrase work and some feel-good across the floor progressions. Let’s have a blast with our favorite music while taking apart and getting into the nitty-gritty details of timing, floor-work, inversions, and a powerful grounded center. This class is for advanced-level dancers. Students will spend a portion of class preparing for our Original Works production March 14-15 and our Spring Concert June 6-8, and regular attendance March-May is required in order to perform.
*Performance fee for Spring Concert included in tuition. New students wishing to participate in Original Works will be charged an additional $80 performance fee.
