Gravy is helmed by the husband and wife team of Dre Neeley and Pepa Brower. Pepa and Dre each bring their passion to the front of house and kitchen respectively. After years honing their skills and learning from other successful restaurateurs, they are excited to put their unique stamp on Gravy in the heart of Vashon.

Gravy operates a full service restaurant and a curated seasonal deli. We also specialize in custom catering for groups of all sizes.

Gravy accepts reservations for parties of six or more only. If you’re joining us with a smaller party, reservations are not necessary. We look forward to welcoming you, your friends and family to Gravy.
