I offer private in home yoga sessions. I teach a blend of yoga, Bikram, Vinyasa, Yin, and, Breathe, to provide a tailored yoga experience. I mostly work with people who are a bit older, maybe who carry a bit more body, and/or bodies recovering from injuries. I am dedicated to helping people close the seemingly unattainable gap between themselves and yoga. I strive to help people rediscover their bodies by way of hatha yoga.
