Class will begin with a full-body warm-up in center\, including proprioceptive challenges\, floor work\, and timing exercises built into expressive\, feel-good movement and music. Across the floor progressions will follow center work\, culminating in the building of longer phrases to be practiced and expanded upon throughout the session.
